1. Terms of Service
By accessing or using the StackPvP server, website, and store, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our services.
- Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years of age to use our services.
- Account: Your Minecraft username is used to deliver purchased ranks. You are responsible for ensuring your username is correct when making a purchase.
- Conduct: You agree to follow all server rules and behave respectfully towards other players and staff members.
2. Store & Purchases
All purchases made through the StackPvP store are final. Here is what you need to know before buying:
- Rank Delivery: Ranks are delivered within 5 minutes of payment verification. If you experience delays, create a ticket on our Discord server.
- Permanent: All ranks are permanent and do not expire. They are tied to your Minecraft username at the time of purchase.
- Username Changes: If you change your Minecraft username after purchasing a rank, contact support via a Discord ticket to transfer your rank.
- Payment Methods: We accept UPI, Paytm, and other Indian payment methods through our Discord ticket system.
3. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer refunds once a rank has been delivered to your account.
- If a rank was not delivered due to an error on our part, we will resolve the issue promptly.
- If you accidentally purchased the wrong rank, contact us within 24 hours and we will do our best to assist you.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes will result in an immediate and permanent ban from StackPvP.
4. Server Rules
All players must follow the server rules at all times. Violations may result in warnings, temporary bans, or permanent bans at the discretion of the staff team.
- No hacking or cheating: Use of hacks, mods, or exploits that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
- No harassment: Bullying, hate speech, threats, or any form of harassment towards other players is not tolerated.
- No spamming: Excessive chat spam, advertising, or disruptive behavior will result in a mute or ban.
- No scamming: Any form of scamming, including rank impersonation or fake giveaways, will result in a permanent ban.
- Respect staff: Follow instructions from staff members. If you disagree with a decision, appeal through the proper channels on Discord.
5. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:
- Data Collection: We collect your Minecraft username for rank delivery and Discord ID for ticket communication. No other personal data is collected.
- Data Usage: Your data is used solely for delivering purchased ranks and providing customer support.
- Data Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties.
- Data Storage: Your data is stored securely and is only accessible to authorized staff members.
- Data Deletion: You may request deletion of your data by contacting us through a Discord ticket.
6. Rank Perks & Disclaimer
Rank perks are subject to change at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove perks as needed for server balance and fairness.
- Cosmetic perks (armour trims, chat colours, death messages) are visual only and do not affect gameplay.
- Gameplay perks (Fly, Arena access, Spectator mode) are restricted to designated areas and do not apply in competitive matches.
- Discord roles and private channels are managed separately and may take up to 24 hours to be assigned.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be announced on our Discord server and this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
